Yeshua is the Lamb of God

Perfect in every way. 

No blemish. No sin.

Offered up as a sacrifice for sin.

Bore our sin.

Rode into Jerusalem amid cheering crowds on the back of a donkey.

Spent His last week on this earth teaching in the temple.

Instructed his disciples to prepare the Passover.

Wanted to spend Passover with his disciples.

Prayed in the garden after the meal.

Sweated blood. Truly the weight of what he faced was pressing on him.

Arrested.

Questioned.

Mocked and beaten.

Tried illegally.

Convicted.

Condemned.

Forced to carry the instrument of death.

Hung on that cross.

Died.

Placed in a borrowed tomb.

But then Yeshua…

Rose up from that tomb.

Allowed his followers to see Him, touch Him, speak with Him…

Opened their minds to understand the scriptures.

Commissioned them to preach the Gospel.

Ascended to Heaven from Mr Olivet.

Sat down at the right hand of God our Father.

Lives to intercede for us.

And…

He is coming back one day.
